Bluestone Lane

Superbe endroit pour déjeuner!! Les toasts à l'avocat sont délicieux, en plus on peut y ajoutez un oeuf poché ou encore du jambon fumé et bien d'autres. Il y a plusieurs Bluestone Lane à Manhattan. Nous étions à celui situé dans l'upper east side qui avait une charmante terrasse.

A very nice place to lunch!! Avocado toasts are excellent there and you can add some eggs or serrano ham for example. There are many Bluestone Lane in NY, we went in the upper east. This one had a lovely terrace.

Little Collins

Meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai jamais mangé!! Vaste choix pour petit-déjeuner ou même pour y faire une petite pause. Mention spéciale pour leur banana bread qui est exquis tout comme leur café frais torréfié. L'endroit est toujours très fréquenté, mais avec un tout petit peu de patience on s'y fait rapidement une place.

Best breakfast ever!! There is a lot of choice but I recommend you their banana bread which is just excellent as well as their coffee. The place is always crowded because lot of New Yorker come here to grab their breakfast or snack, but a little place can always be found.

By Chloé est LE hotspot pour un déjeuner healthy! Je ne suis pas du tout végétarienne mais je dois avouer que By Chloé propose d'excellents plats avec d'ingénieuses alternatives à la viande. Il y a aussi By Chloé Sweet qui propose des pâtisseries à tomber!

For a healthy lunch is By Chloé THE hotspot! Usually I am not vegetarian at all but I have to say By Chloé proposed delicious meal with interesting alternatives to meat. There is also By Chloé Sweet who propose a lot of pastry, which are soooo yummy.

Top of the rock

Une des meilleures vues de NY. D'un côté une vue époustouflante sur tout lower Manhattan, en particulier sur l'Empire State Building. Et de l'autre, Central Park s'étend dans toute sa longueur. J'aurais pu y rester des heures à admirer la vue!!

One of the best view of NY. On one side, an amazing view on lower Manhattan, especially on the Empire State Building and on the other side Central Park. I would stay there for hours just admiring the breathtaking view!!

SoHo

Soho est un sympathique quartier, beaucoup plus calme que le reste de Manhattan. On y trouve de charmants magasins et restaurants ainsi que les fameux "love walls" et autres street arts. Pas très loin se trouve la High Line, chemin de balade en pleine verdure à 10 mètres de hauteur, qui est une vraie oasis de fraîcheur l'été!

Very nice and quitter part of Manhattan. There are lovely shops and restaurants ans you will also find there the famous love walls and other street arts. Not far away is the High Line, sort of 10 meters high walk in the green ;)

Le Bain at the Standard

Super endroit pour faire la fête ou boire un verre en soirée avec une des plus belles vues sur la City.

Amazing place to party or have a drink in the evening with a beautiful view on the City.

Staten Island

Pour vivre un moment magique prenez le ferry qui va à Staten Island (trajet gratuit) juste avant le coucher du soleil. La vue du bateau à ce moment là de la journée est magnifique! Une fois arrivé à Staten Island nous nous sommes installés sur un banc juste en face de Manhattan pour profiter de la vue et de la tombée de la nuit et avons pris le ferry du retour une fois que la ville était complètement illuminée.

The tip is to take the ferry to Staten Island (which is free) just before sunset to live this beautiful moment from the other side of the river. Once we arrived we sat on a bench to admire the view and return when all buildings were lightened. It was magic!

One hotel

Rooftop très sympa de Brooklyn qui offre une vue exceptionnel sur le pont de Brooklyn ainsi que sur la statue de la liberté et lower Manhattan. Superbe endroit pendant le coucher de soleil.

It’s a very cool place to have a drink when you are in Brooklyn, from their rooftop you have an amazing view on lower Manhattan, the statue of liberty and the Brooklyn bridge. It is just perfect during sunset!

Brooklyn

Dumbo street est L'attraction de Brooklyn! Même si l'endroit est très touristique avec la célèbre vue de l'empire sous le pont de Manhattan, c'est un quartier très sympa pour flâner dans les différentes rues. Juste derrière la fameuse Dumbo Street se trouve un parc où il est très agréable de s'asseoir simplement dans l'herbe et admirer la vue sur le pont de Brooklyn et Lower Manhattan.

When you are in Brooklyn don’t miss Dumbo street. Even if it is a very touristic spot it’s very pleasant to walk in this area and sit down in the park behind the famous street to enjoy the beautiful view on lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge.
